Paul Walsh, the Principal of Toronto Carscout has over 20 years automotive experience, including owning and operating his own service garages, buying and selling vehicles on his own account, and wholesaling and locating vehicles for family and friends.

His most recent experience is working for a Volvo dealer in Toronto, first in the Service department, and then in the Sales Department. This provided an insightful overview on the full business operations of a franchised dealership. Combined with current and prior industry contacts, he was able to quickly move to the top sales position, often even surpassing the Fleet department in units sold.

Our number one priority is simple, however many overlook it. Simply put, we have an overwhelming desire for customer service and satisfaction, with not only the current purchase, but also the follow-up, weeks and months after the sale. This provides two benefits: one for the customer, and one for the business.
